Q: Can this 4g Smart Watch call & text?
A: Yes, as long as you use a fully activated and compatible sim card.
Q: What is a compatible sim card?
A: Any sim card that operates on 4G frequency bands of 1,2,5,7,12. (Mainly: T-mobile, At&t, SpeedTalk, Mint-Mobile in the USA, Rogers, Bell & Telus in Canada and Telstra, Optus & Vodafone in Australia). For At&t ensure that you live in an area where the main 4g frequency is band 12, for T-mobile the main frequency bands are 2 and 12.
Q: Can I buy a new sim card and just insert it in the watch?
A: You must activate the sim card using a phone or online before inserting it into the watch.
Q: Can it be activated at the store or by calling the carrier?
A: Unfortunately, the reps are not trained to know much about smartwatches so they always say no. The way to activate the sim is by using a phone or online by providing the IMEI of your phone, some carriers don’t require IMEI so the activation process is much smoother like SpeedTalk. Once activated, insert it into the watch and reboot.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14 days return policy for any reason. Items must be returned with original box and accessories in new or newish condition. Restock fee applies to buyer’s remorse returns, missing items or damaged/ roughly used items.
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: There is a 1 year manufacturer warranty that covers factory defects like software issues, watch straps, screen malfunctions etc.
